...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL out 20 NM...
  Waters from St. Augustine to Flagler Beach FL from 20 to 60 NM...

At 403 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms, capable
of producing winds to around 30 knots. These thunderstorms were
located along a line extending from 43 nm northeast of
Ormond-By-the-Sea to 18 nm east of Marineland, moving southeast at 10
knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.

Waterspouts are possible with this activity. If a waterspout occurs,
move your boat away from it. Waterspouts can develop rapidly and
produce winds and seas that are dangerous for vessels and everyone
onboard.
