Moisture fills in from the Gulf ahead of the cold front that will make its way through the area in the afternoon into the late evening hours Thursday increasing RH values into the 60-70% range. Expect partly to mostly cloudy skies with winds out of the southwest becoming more westerly in the afternoon. Winds less than 10 mph create poor to fair daytime dispersions. Friday, high pressure fills in behind the cold front bringing drier cooler air with it and dropping minRH values into the 30% range in the afternoon. Calmer winds from the north will keep dispersion levels more poor than fair for the time period. .THURSDAY...
