.DISCUSSION...

Potential for developing showers and storms will impact areas
near the beach earlier than downtown Jacksonville today as northeasterly
flow north of a stationary front will send the afternoon sea
breeze quickly through the site in the early afternoon. Chances for
showers will diminish in the evening with winds settling into a
northeasterly direction with speeds of about 5-10 mph.
