.DISCUSSION...

Break in convection will continue through the afternoon, however
breaks in the clouds will lead to increased solar heating and
instability which will increase the likelihood for thunderstorms
to develop later this evening and then dispersing overnight.
Winds will be mainly out of the southeast through the forecasted
period with surface level wind speeds in the afternoon with the
diurnal sea breeze. There is marginal risk for some storms to be
strong to severe today and Sunday, with heavy downpours, small
hail, frequent lightning, and wind gusts of 40 to 60 mph being the
primary threats from these storms.
