RH values will drop into the mid to upper 20 percent this afternoon post dry cold front. Luckily, surface wind speeds will only be around 5 to 10 mph post front, and therefore just above elevated fire danger headlines. Mixing heights will exceed 4 thousand feet by this afternoon and evening, with transport winds in the 5 to 10 mph range resulting in fair dispersion values. Flow will back gradually throughout the day, becoming more westerly by this evening. Wind speeds increase throughout the boundary layer Saturday and result in good to high dispersions in a westerly flow.
