.SYNOPSIS...

A moisture boundary over the area could produce showers and
isolated storms over the local waters this afternoon. Winds will
be south to southwest across the waters. Tuesday night into
Wednesday, a cold front will move across the waters, shifting
winds to north to northeast. High pressure will build to the north
of the waters, setting up an onshore flow pattern late Wednesday
and Thursday. Increasing winds and building seas are likely later
on Thursday and especially Friday and Saturday.
