Gusty northerly winds on the edge of an incoming arctic surface high will gradually diminish tonight with elevated seas lingering into Thursday. A small craft advisory remains in effect through Thursday due to both windy conditions and elevated seas. High pressure will shift east as another reinforcing cold front pushes into the waters Friday night. As it pushes through, northwesterly winds will increase, potential to Small Craft Advisory levels Friday. Following the frontal passage, another strong high pressure will build from the west and over the waters through the weekend. .GULF STREAM...
