...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN RANKIN AND EAST CENTRAL
HINDS COUNTIES THROUGH 330 PM CDT...

At 242 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Monterey, or near Richland, moving northeast at 15 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

This strong thunderstorm will be near...
  Jackson, Pearl, Brandon, and Flowood around 245 PM CDT.
