...Meridian (KMEI) ASOS Outage...

The National Weather Service Automated Surface Observing System
(ASOS) site at Key Field in Meridian, MS (KMEI) is offline due to
a hardware failure. Technicians have been notified about the
issue and are taking action to resolve it. The site may be
offline for approximately one week while replacement parts are on
order.

In the meantime, observerations remain available from the NAS
Meridian (KNMM) weather station.

We apologize for any inconvenience this outage may cause.
