.DISCUSSION...Scattered to numerous showers and storms will
persist across the area into this evening. The most intense storms
will be capable of producing gusty winds, but frequent lightning
and heavy downpours can be expected with any of today`s and
Wednesday`s activity. Otherwise, hot and humid conditions will
exist across the area into this weekend. Patchy ground fog will be
possible both early Wednesday and Thursday mornings.
