Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
814 AM CDT Sun Jun 30 2024

.DISCUSSION...
Patchy light early morning fog will be possible Monday in the
south. Otherwise, hot and humid conditions are expected again
today but a weak frontal boundary will drop into our area tonight
and Monday before stalling across the central districts. This will
bring some relief to the north and central districts while the
heat and humidity continues across the south. Ridging surface and
aloft will build back over our region Wednesday and continue
through Friday before another weak frontal boundary drops into the
area Saturday.
