Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi

.DISCUSSION...

Fire danger is not expected with cold temperatures and a mixture
of rain, sleet and freezing rain expected. Wetting rain is likely
across the area tomorrow. Winds will be from the east around 10 to
15mph, with strongest winds south of I-20. Some winds gust up to
around 20 to 25mph. Precip will transition to all rain everywhere
mid to late Friday morning. Winds will shift to the west northwest
tomorrow evening with the passage of the cold front and dry air
will filter in, shutting off precip. Fog is not likely to
