Fire Weather Planning Forecast For Extreme Southeast Arkansas,
Northeast Louisiana, and Central Mississippi
National Weather Service Jackson MS
224 PM CDT Sun Jun 30 2024

.DISCUSSION...

No fire danger is expected. MinRH will remain above 50% through
tonight. Drier air in the wake of a cold front will drop this
value to the 35-40% range. Isolated to scattered showers and
thunderstorms will be likeliest this afternoon in the southeast.
These should taper off late evening. Isolated showers and storms
will once again be possible tomorrow afternoon in the far southern
areas. No dense fog is expected to develop./SAS/
