  IMPACT...Flash flooding of small creeks and streams, urban
           areas, highways, streets and underpasses as well as
           other poor drainage and low-lying areas.

  Fork, Oak Grove, Mayersville, Eudora, Anguilla, Isola, Mer Rouge,
