  knots overnight. Waves building to 3 to 5 feet overnight.

* WHERE...New Buffalo MI to St Joseph MI.

* WHEN...From 1 AM to 11 AM EDT Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Conditions will be hazardous to small craft.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
