Flood Warning for the following rivers in Ohio...

  Blanchard River at Ottawa affecting Putnam County.

For the Blanchard River...including Ottawa...Minor flooding is
forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT FROM THIS EVENING TO THURSDAY NIGHT...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Blanchard River at Ottawa.

* WHEN...From this evening to Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...At 23.0 feet, Lowland flooding occurs mainly in south
  Ottawa. Flood water also gets into low farmlands.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:30 AM EDT Wednesday the stage was 22.3 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    this evening to a crest of 23.3 feet tomorrow morning. It
    will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
