...BITTER COLD EXPECTED SUNDAY NIGHT INTO MONDAY...

Low temperatures Sunday night into Monday morning are expected to
fall below zero at many locations. Additionally, winds may gust as
high as 25 mph. Wind chill values between -10 to -20 degrees are
possible at times.

Wind chill values this low can lead to frostbite or hypothermia.

Limit time outdoors. If you must go outdoors, cover all exposed
skin and dress in layers to keep warm. If working outdoors, take
frequent breaks in a warm, heated area. Bring pets indoors.
