* IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Lowland flooding in progress along
portions of Big Raccoon Creek.

- At 8:30 AM EDT Sunday the stage was 11.0 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 11.9
feet late this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
tomorrow morning.
