Snow has exited the region.  Periods of blowing and drifting snow
remain a possibility through the afternoon hours due to gusty north
winds (20-25 mph).  IDOT continues to relay snow-covered roads
across east central and southeast Illinois.  Consider delaying your
travel plans unless absolutely necessary.
