CRAWFORD...EDGAR...JASPER...CLARK AND CUMBERLAND COUNTIES THROUGH 530
PM CDT...

At 441 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking gusty showers capable of
producing a landspout 8 miles southwest of Paris, moving southwest at
35 mph.

HAZARD...Landspouts and wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Minor damage to outdoor objects is possible. Gusty winds
         could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured
         objects.

Locations impacted include...
Paris, Marshall, Newton, Casey, Greenup, Toledo, Martinsville,
Kansas, Westfield, Willow Hill, Vermilion, Jewett, Wheeler, Hidalgo,
Edgar County Airport, Edgar, Woodbury, Hunt City, Yale, and Rose
Hill.

This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 106 and 154.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

To report severe weather, contact your nearest law enforcement
agency. They will relay your report to the National Weather Service
office in Lincoln.
