Strong to severe thunderstorms are expected to develop across Missouri Sunday afternoon, and move into west central Illinois during the evening. These will be capable of producing damaging winds and hail. Most of the storms should be out of the area by midnight. .SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...
