.DISCUSSION...
Isolated showers and thunderstorms will be possible into mid morning
north of a Rushville to Bloomington line. Scattered showers and
thunderstorms will then spread eastward over central IL during late
morning and afternoon and continue into part of the evening. Isolated
coverage of showers and thunderstorms will occur in southeast IL into
tonight. Daily chances of showers and and thunderstorms will occur
Wednesday through the rest of the week in the tropical airmass,
especially during the afternoon and evening hours. South to southwest
winds of 5 to 10 mph today, will turn west to northwest on Wednesday
and be less than 10 mph. Light winds will continue on Thursday. Fair
to poor vent rates will occur today over the area, with poor vent
rates on Wednesday and Thursday primarily due to light winds.
