.DISCUSSION...

Dry weather continues into Friday. While moisture levels begin
to increase, minimum humidity below 40 percent is still likely east
of I-55. Southerly winds increase as well, and may gust up to
20 mph at times Friday afternoon.

A strong storm system will move across the area late
Friday night through Saturday, with widespread chances of rain
and thunderstorms. Rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are likely
over much of the region.
