.DISCUSSION...
Light snow will develop across the Illinois River Valley toward
midday...with the snow spreading eastward to the Indiana border
by late afternoon or early evening. The snow will taper off and
come to an end overnight, followed by dry weather with light
winds on Tuesday. Conditions then turn marginally warmer by
Wednesday as winds shift southwest ahead of a cold front.
