* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Wabash River below Clay City.

* WHEN...From this morning to just after midnight tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood left bank farmland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 4:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 17.5 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this morning to a crest of 18.2 feet this afternoon. It
    will then fall below flood stage this evening.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
