* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Little Wabash River below Clay City.

* WHEN...From this afternoon to early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 18.0 feet, Water begins to flood left bank farmland.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:45 AM CST Wednesday the stage was 17.6 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
    late this afternoon to a crest of 18.2 feet just after
    midnight tonight. It will then fall below flood stage
    tomorrow morning.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
