* WHAT...Snow. Additional snow accumulations up to one inch.

* WHERE...Portions of northeast and northern Kentucky and central,
  south central, and southwest Ohio.

* WHEN...Until 1 PM EST this afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
  likely become slick and hazardous. Plan on slippery road
  conditions.
