  Northern Lewis County in northeastern Kentucky...
  Southeastern Adams County in south central Ohio...
  Scioto County in south central Ohio...

* Until 630 PM EDT.

* At 541 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Rome, moving
  east at 65 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Rosemount, Clarktown, Otway, Saint Paul, Minford, Dunkinsville,
  Vanceburg, New Boston, Friendship, Mcdermott, Rome, Lucasville,
  Rexton, Cedar Mills, Franklin Furnace, Lombardsville, Sandy
  Springs, Buena Vista in Scioto County, Firebrick, and Concord.

Remain alert for a possible tornado! Tornadoes can develop quickly
from severe thunderstorms. If you spot a tornado go at once into the
basement or small central room in a sturdy structure.
