...PATCHY DENSE FOG THIS MORNING...

Areas of fog have developed over the Tri-state and the Ohio River
this morning. This fog will be dense at times with visibilities
under a quarter mile possible through daybreak.

Commuters should be prepared for quick drops in visibility this
morning and adjust their speed accordingly. You may care to leave
a few minutes earlier than normal to account for any potential
delays.
