Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and 2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue, but no additional rainfall is expected. - Some locations that may experience flooding include... Maysville, Washington, Manchester, Aberdeen, Vanceburg, Lewisburg, Tollesboro, Rome, Camp Dix, Head of Grassy, Mount Olivet, Sardis, Concord, Epworth, Rectorville, Ribolt, Orangeburg, Herron Hill and Glen Springs.
