...FLOOD WARNING IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 PM EDT THIS AFTERNOON...
...REPLACES FLASH FLOOD WARNING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...The following counties, in Kentucky, Bracken, Lewis, Mason
  and Robertson and the following counties, in south central Ohio,
  Adams and Scioto.

* WHEN...Until 1230 PM EDT.

* IMPACTS...Low-water crossings are inundated with water and may not
  be passable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1023 AM EDT, radar and automated rain gauges indicated
    heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or
    expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1.5 and
    2 inches of rain have fallen. Flooding impacts will continue,
    but no additional rainfall is expected.
  - Some locations that may experience flooding include...
    Maysville, Washington, Manchester, Aberdeen, Vanceburg,
    Lewisburg, Tollesboro, Rome, Camp Dix, Head of Grassy, Mount
    Olivet, Sardis, Concord, Epworth, Rectorville, Ribolt,
    Orangeburg, Herron Hill and Glen Springs.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

your report via social media, when you can do so safely.
