...FLOOD WATCH IS CANCELLED...

The Flood Watch is cancelled for the following counties, in east
central Indiana, Fayette, Union and Wayne and the following
counties, in Ohio, Champaign, Clark, Darke, Delaware, Franklin,
Greene, Licking, Logan, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Preble, Shelby
and Union.

The heavy rain threat has ended. Therefore, the Flood Watch is being
cancelled. Watch for closed roads and lingering flooding from
earlier heavy rainfall.

...FLOOD WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues to be
  possible.

* WHERE...The following counties, in southeast Indiana, Dearborn,
  Franklin, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland, the following counties, in
  Kentucky, Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Gallatin, Grant,
  Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Owen, Pendleton and Robertson, and the
  following counties, in Ohio, Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont,
  Clinton, Fairfield, Fayette, Hamilton, Highland, Hocking,
  Pickaway, Pike, Ross, Scioto and Warren.

* WHEN...Until 6 PM EDT this evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
  Soils remain moist and excessive runoff may result in flooding of
  rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone
  locations. Area creeks and streams are running high and could
  flood with more heavy rain.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
