  Central Bladen County in southeastern North Carolina...

* Until 345 PM EDT.

* At 321 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Ruskin, or
  near Elizabethtown, moving southeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and half dollar size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines.

* Locations impacted include...
  Elizabethtown, Ruskin, Bladen Community College, Abbottsburg, White
  Oak, Lagoon, Lisbon, Clarkton, White Lake, Dublin, and Bladen
  County Hospital.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

building.
