* At 130 AM EDT, a severe thunderstorm capable of producing
  waterspouts was located over Raritan Wreck, moving northwest at 35
  knots.

  HAZARD...Waterspouts.

  SOURCE...Radar.

  IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
           hazardous seas.

* Locations impacted include...
  Raritan Wreck, Lockwood Folly Inlet Sea Buoy, A R 445, Shallotte
  River Inlet Sea Buoy, Cape Fear Sea Buoy, Holden Beach, and Ocean
  Isle Beach.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Thunderstorms can produce sudden waterspouts. Waterspouts can easily
