...GUSTY SHOWERS OVER THE WATERS...

The areas affected include...
  Coastal waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC out 20 nm...
  Waters from Surf City to Cape Fear NC from 20 to 40 nm...

At 1023 PM EST, Doppler radar indicated showers, capable of producing
winds to around 30 knots. These showers were located along a line
extending from near Ar355 to near Wr2 to 11 nm southwest of Wr4,
moving east at 25 knots.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

These showers may produce a waterspout. A Special Marine Warning may
be needed.

These showers will likely produce winds to around 30 knots, and could
pose a serious hazard for boaters. A special marine warning may
eventually be required.
