This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for the adjacent Coastal Waters.

.DAY ONE...Tonight.

Long period swells from Hurricane Erin are expected to continue.
Swells will produce hazardous boating conditions across shallow
bathymetry waters such as Frying Pan Shoals, the mouths of Winyah Bay
and the Cape Fear River, as well as area inlets to and from the
Atlantic.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Friday through Wednesday.

Long period swells from Hurricane Erin are expected to continue

Minor coastal flooding is expected along the Lower Cape Fear River
from Wilmington southward during each high tide cycle through the
weekend with the evening high tide cycles being the higher high
tide. There is a very low risk of marginally moderate coastal
flooding Friday.
