... Strong Winds Occurring Behind Showers and Storms Early This
Morning ...

Strong non-thunderstorm winds are occurring in the wake of a line of
showers and storms slowly moving eastward across the Flint Hills.
Southerly wind gusts up to 60 mph may be possible from time to time
over the next couple of hours across portions of south-central
Kansas. A 63 mph wind gust was reported in Winfield at 1:39 AM CST.

Locations impacted include...
Santa Fe Lake, El Dorado State Park, Winfield, Latham, Geuda Springs,
Mulvane, Burden, Rose Hill, Cambridge, El Dorado, Udall, Rosalia, El
Dorado Lake, Andover, Atlanta, Towanda, Riverdale, Belle Plaine,
Dexter, and Leon.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 135 near Mile Marker 0.
 Interstate 35 between Mile Markers 1 and 74.
