Areas of sprinkles and light rain showers smattered southeast
Kansas overnight, as a weather disturbance and associated cold
front moved southeast over Mid-America. Any rainfall amounts were
very light. Predawn temperatures ranged from the upper 40s over
far southeast Kansas, to 30s over the rest of the state. Breezy
northwest winds supported wind chills as low as the upper teens
over northwest Kansas.

Any rain chances should move south of the region by around
sunrise. Otherwise, it will be a rather chilly morning, with wind
chills in the 20s and 30s. By this afternoon, temperatures should
climb into the upper 40s and 50s, coolest over northeast Kansas.

It will be a chilly night tonight, with forecast low temperatures
in the upper 20s and low 30s statewide.
