Scattered to numerous rain showers moved northeast across the
Kansas region today. Most locations saw amounts less than about
one-tenth of an inch, although localized amounts exceeding three
to four tenths of an inch were noted across central Kansas. The
clouds and precipitation held daytime temperatures in the 50s and
60s, although a few 70s prevailed over portions of eastern and
southeast Kansas.

Scattered to numerous showers will persist off-and-on across
Kansas tonight. Additional rainfall amounts should remain one-
quarter inch or less for most locations. Forecast low temperatures
range from the 40s over far northwest Kansas, to mid 60s over
southeast Kansas.

Areas of rain showers will continue to impact mainly the northwest
half of the state Tuesday. Forecast high temperatures range from
the low 80s over southeast Kansas, to upper 60s or low 70s over
central to northern Kansas.
