Mild conditions persisted over the region during the overnight and
early morning hours. Low temperatures ranged from near 70 in far
western Kansas to the mid and upper 70s elsewhere. Isolated
showers and storms were impacting parts of central Kansas early
this morning.

Isolated showers and storms could redevelop this afternoon but
most areas should remain dry. Another hot day is expected with
highs ranging from the mid 90s in northern Kansas to the upper 90s
in southern Kansas.

Widely scattered showers and storms could impact northern Kansas
tonight with more isolated activity further south. Low
temperatures are expected to fall into the lower 60s over
northwest Kansas while far southeast Kansas bottoms out in the mid
70s.
