A weak cold front will make its way through the Heartland throughout the day today shifting winds to the northwest and gusty at 20 to 30 mph. Despite the cold front, temperatures will surge into the 60s and 70s for most area with the warmest across southern Kansas and Oklahoma. The stretch of quiet weather will continue into tonight with decreasing winds and cooler temperatures. Overnight lows will be 10 to 15 degrees when compared to this morning with temperatures in the 20s and 30s. $$
