Isolated rain showers developed over the northern half of Kansas
late last night. Predawn temperatures were in the 60s with
southeast winds.

Widely scattered rain showers will move northeast across portions
of northern Kansas into southern Nebraska today. Meanwhile the
rest of the region will remain dry with warm above normal
temperatures expected. Daytime highs will range from the 70s in
northern Nebraska to the 80s over Kansas and Oklahoma.

Dry weather conditions will prevail over the Heartland for tonight
as upper level high pressure dominates. Overnight lows will range
from the cooler 40s in the Nebraska panhandle with 50s and low 60s
expected elsewhere across the region.
