This hazardous weather outlook is for portions of Central Kansas,
South Central Kansas and Southeast Kansas.

.DAY ONE...This Afternoon and Tonight

No hazardous weather is expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Monday through Saturday

Low relative humidity and gusty southwest winds will elevate the
grassland fire danger into the very high to near extreme category
on Monday. Outdoor burning is not recommended.

Dangerous burning conditions will also be possible on Friday due to
very strong southwest winds.

Storms will be possible late Friday afternoon and evening for
southeast Kansas.

Spotter activation is not anticipated this afternoon or tonight.
