Dry conditions are forecast today with mixing heights increasing
above 5000 ft by this afternoon. Transport winds will be out of
the south around 15 knots. Biggest concern today is the dry
airmass in place which will drop RH values to 25-30 percent this
afternoon. If better mixing occurs these could drop into the lower
20 percent range but confidence is low in that occurring.
