.DISCUSSION...

Southern 20 foot winds 10 mph gusting to around 20 mph are
expected on Saturday ahead of an approaching cold front to our
west. Transport winds from the south will increase to between 15
and 20 mph. Mixing heights will climb to around 6000 feet in the
afternoon with afternoon RH values dropping to around 50 percent.
Showers and thunderstorms are expected to push into the area
overnight and before exiting the area Sunday morning.

20 foot winds will turn to the NW behind the front and remain
around 10 mph gusting to around 20 mph. Transport winds will
become northwesterly around 20 to 25 mph. Mixing heights will be
slightly lower but still climb to around 5000 feet. Afternoon
relative humidity values will be slightly lower dropping to around
45 percent.

Fog potential over the next few days: None are expected with
drier air moving into the area.

Potential for Red Flag Conditions: None are expected at this
time.
