.DISCUSSION...
A weak upper level system will move eastward across central
Alabama today. Lift provided by this system, along with daytime
heating produced instability, could result in isolated showers
developing this afternoon. Any showers that form should dissipate
by the early evening. A dry cold front is forecast to move from
west to east across the area tonight. Dry and seasonably warm
conditions are forecast on Wednesday.
High temperatures today should warm into the lower 80s, with
minimum afternoon RH values around 60 percent. Generally Good
to Good smoke dispersion rates are expected.
Fog potential over the next few days: Patchy to areas of fog are
possible late tonight for areas mainly east of NW Alabama.
Potential for Red Flag Conditions: Not forecast at this time.
