...WINTER STORM WATCH IN EFFECT FROM TUESDAY EVENING THROUGH
THURSDAY EVENING...

* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. Total snow accumulations of 1 to 3
  feet above 4000 feet and up to 4 feet on the highest elevations.
  Winds could gust as high as 55 mph.

* WHERE...The Sierra Nevada Mountains above 3000 feet.

* WHEN...From Tuesday evening through Thursday evening.

* IMPACTS...Travel could be very difficult to impossible. The
  hazardous conditions could impact the Wednesday morning and
  evening commutes. Strong winds could cause tree damage.
