...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL MARIPOSA AND
SOUTHWESTERN TUOLUMNE COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM PDT...

At 1255 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Yosemite National, or 19 miles north of Yosemite South Entrance. This
thunderstorm was nearly stationary.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Yosemite Valley, Tamarack Flat Campground, Porcupine Flat Campground,
White Wolf Campground, May Lake High Sierra Camp, Camp 4 Campground,
Snow Flat, Rancheria Falls Wilderness Campground, Hodgdon Meadow
Campground, Gin Flat, Yosemite Valley Vistor Center, Yosemite Creek
Campground, and Big Oak Information Station.
