At 614 PM PDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near Yosemite National, or 14 miles northwest of Yosemite South Entrance. This thunderstorm was nearly stationary. HAZARD...Half inch hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vegetation is possible. Locations impacted include... Yosemite National, Tamarack Flat Campground, Gin Flat, El Portal, Badger Pass Ranger Station, Crane Flat Campground, and Crane Flat. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
