* WHAT...West winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph expected.

* WHERE...Indian Wells Valley, Mojave Desert, and Mojave Desert
  Slopes.

* WHEN...From 8 AM this morning to 2 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways impacted include State Routes 14,
  58, 178, and US Highway 395.
