* WHAT...Northwest winds 25 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph
  expected.

* WHERE...Mojave Desert Slopes.

* WHEN...From 1 AM Friday to 4 AM PST Saturday.

* IMPACTS...Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
  limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Highways affected include, but are not
  limited to Highway 14, Highway 178, and Highway 58.
